Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of cherrywood.com.sa. By using the site, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and honest.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Cherry Wood Trading Est., a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under CR number 1010XXXXXX, with its principal place of business at Industrial Area Phase 4, Riyadh 14334.
2. Use of the site
You may browse, read, and interact with the site for personal or business purposes related to evaluating and procuring our products. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content without written permission. You may not attempt to disrupt the site or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Information only, not an offer
All product specifications, prices, availability information, and delivery windows shown on the site are indicative and subject to confirmation. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to sell. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it in writing.
4. Quotations
Quotations issued through our quote form, email, or in person are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in SAR and exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice date.
5. Orders and delivery
Orders are confirmed only on receipt of a written purchase order or written acceptance of our quotation. Delivery dates are estimates based on current stock and fleet availability. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (see section 9).
6. Payment
New accounts: payment on delivery or 50% deposit with balance on delivery, at our discretion. Established accounts (3+ successful deliveries): net-30 payment terms may be offered. Late payment accrues interest at 2% per month.
7. Returns and claims
Claims for damaged or non-conforming goods must be lodged in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Cut-to-size and bespoke orders are non-returnable. Stock items may be returned within 14 days, in original condition, with a 15% restocking fee.
8. Warranty
We warrant that goods supplied conform to the specification on the quotation and to any mill certificate supplied with the goods. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the price paid for the goods in question.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: port closures, shipping disruption, government action, extreme weather, fire, civil unrest, or pandemic.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, design, code — is owned by Cherry Wood Trading Est. or used under licence. You may not reproduce it without written permission, except for the purpose of evaluating our products.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation, then by mediation, and finally by the competent courts of Riyadh.
